Junior Quality Engineer

The Junior Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting product and process quality activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable procedures. The role involves monitoring quality controls, analyzing inspection and testing data, managing quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Junior Quality Engineer will work closely with Production, the Quality Laboratory, Product Development, and Quality Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product and process quality control activities in accordance with production requirements and sampling plans.
• Collect, review, and analyse quality data, preparing reports and communicating results to relevant departments.
• Assist in the preparation, issuance, distribution, and archiving of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Maintain and update quality data within internal systems and customer portals.
• Support the investigation and documentation of internal non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Assist with sampling activities for new products, raw materials, and product development projects.
• Contribute to the preparation, update, and distribution of quality documentation, including Technical Specifications and sampling reports.
• Collaborate with the Quality Laboratory to ensure effective execution of testing activities, equipment maintenance, and record management.
• Support the development and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Participate in quality training activities and support the promotion of quality standards across the organization.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support follow-up actions as required.
